All of the items that we sell to our customers in store and online have been thoroughly tested by Oscar. 9 times out of 10 with some of his patented dance moves to seal the deal on the approval process.
That being said, every once in a while, something goes wrong or one’s purchase does not fit a customer’s needs. For you folks, here is our return policy:
In-Store Return Policy:
We offer a full refund for ‘Change of Heart’ purchases returned within a 7 day period after an item has been purchased. Receipt required.
If the item has suffered some sort of malfunction in between leaving our store and your home we will assess the malfunction to see if it is a problem with the equipment itself, or due to human error and damage caused during customer managed installation. If it is the latter we will do our best to resolve the issue so that you have a working device. For equipment malfunctions we extend a store credit for items returned within a 30 day period after an item has been purchased. Receipt required.
Online Sales Return Policy:
We offer a full refund for all purchases returned within a 7 day period after you have received the item. This includes time in transit. You will be refunded whatever the final purchase amount was for the returned items transaction but we are not responsible for any additional fees required to ship it back to us.
